Vossloh-Schwabe’s TriplePowerEmitter IP67 is the first encapsulated HighPower module that is suitable for applications demanding IP67 protection. Engineered with highly efficient Cree XR-E LEDs, the TriplePowerEmitter is available in cool and warm white. As the brightest HighPower LEDs on the market, Cree LEDs have set a new standard in terms of versatility and luminosity.

TriplePowerEmitter IP67 modules are available in a range of beam angles (15° to 90°) and are therefore ideal for just about any application. Vossloh-Schwabe’s TriplePowerEmitter IP67 modules not only include VS’s reliable HighPower thermal management, but also come with two fixing lugs for easy mounting using two M3 screws – all features that go to make this module unique. Pre-assembled leads additionally simplify the wiring process. The encapsulation method used for the module ensures unhindered heat discharge to the luminaire body. This makes the module ideal for installation in outdoor luminaires, architectural lighting, path markings as well as illuminated advertising.

Using a wireless remote control to address Vossloh-Schwabe DigiLED RF units opens up new opportunities for LED installations. Now, systems featuring DigiLED RF and transmitters can be operated without having to ensure direct ‘line of sight’ between the individual units. This highly convenient remote device comes with a 7-key control pad.

DigiLED RF units are designed to enable pre-programmed colour sequence control of LED modules. Whether you want to enable independent brightness con-trol of red, green and blue light, call up or store an indi-vidual colour value, run one of three pre-programmed colour sequences or adjust the speed of a colour se-quence, Vossloh-Schwabe’s DigiLED RF unit offers outstanding ease of use for your RGB applications.

The new High-Power 24 V RGB/CA system enables modular and highly flexible LED systems. The new system responds to the trend towards market harmonisation and simplification of LED control technology. The modules require a 24 V DC operating voltage. Constant current control is effected via the circuit board and permits currents of up to 500 mA per LED. The modules are connected via an on-board push-in connector with matching connection cables.

The RGB system is based on the common anode system, which enables mixed operation of high-power RGB modules and low-power modules that are designed according to the common anode principle. The high currents of high-performance LEDs used in the system result in brightness levels of up to 390 lm during RGB operation. Typical application areas for the High-Power 24 V RGB/CA system include:

  • general lighting
  • installation in luminaires
  • architectural lighting
  • lighting for art
  • entertainment
  • shop lighting
