The LED Alternative to Fluorescent Lamp

 The use of LED technology is gaining ground in the fluorescent lamp sector, and the new linear LED modules made by Vossloh-Schwabe open up limitless possibilities for the design of space-saving LED luminaires.

 Product features such as

• a long service life (50,000 h) with no more than a 10% loss of light output (L90),
• narrow colour tolerance of 3 McAdams and
• a high degree of efficiency (86 to 108 lm/W) at a module temperature of 65 °C at the tc point

characterise a new generation of LED modules. The ceramic PCB ensures optimal connection to the heat sink.

 A highly homogeneous light field without any multi-shadowing effects, based on Panasonic COB technology, results in superior lighting quality.

 Thanks to its dimensions of 280 mm x 15 mm (L x W) and easy extendibility using plug-in connectors, the module is suitable for a wide range of applications, including wall-mounted, recessed and pendant luminaires. The module can also be installed in furniture and handrails.

 Matching constant current drivers in various casings, from compact to linear, in standard and dimmable versions can also be sourced from Vossloh-Schwabe.

 To go with VS’ range of XtraPower LED modules, VS has upgraded the compact PowerEmitter to suit the brighter XP LED models.

Versatile and Very Bright – HeliosLine and HeliosFlood LED Modules

 Vossloh-Schwabe’s new Helios-series of LED modules has set a new standard in brightness. Operated at 350 mA, eight LEDs per module yield up to 3000 lm of luminance, which makes them ideal for general lighting purposes.

 The round HeliosFlood module (110 mm in diameter) is particularly suitable for use in downlights, whereas HeliosLine (measuring 280 x 25 mm) was designed for use in slim, linear applications.

 The modules are available with cool white and warm white LEDs. As the warm white modules achieve a CRI of 85, they are also perfect for retail lighting. The product range is rounded off by optionally available optics attachments.

 Efficient module operation is ensured by Vossloh-Schwabe’s new 350 mA/42 W driver. The ECXe 350 mA/ 42 W driver can operate between 12 and 30 high-power LEDs (secondary voltage range of 40 – 115 V) at 350 mA. Moreover, the driver is characterised by an excellent efficiency factor of between 89% and 92%. The driver is protected against short-circuiting, overloading and mains transients of 4 kV between L, N and PE as well as mains transients of 3 kV between L and N.

Cree XLamp™ MP-L EasyWhite LED - Unprecedented Performance!

 The XLamp MP-L EasyWhite LED offers the performance, color consistency and lumen density to displace conventional light sources, in a breakthrough 12 mm x 13 mm package design. Combining Cree EasyWhite technology with up to 1500 lumens of light at 250 mA this LED is the perfect choice for lighting applications where high luminous-flux output is required. Energy-Efficient LED Street Lighting with Vossloh-Schwabe`s new 42 W LED driver

 Designed predominantly with street and general lighting applications in mind, Vossloh-Schwabe`s new 42 W LED driver can be used to operate up to 35 high-power LEDs at 350 mA. On top of that, the driver provides excellent protection against transient mains peaks of up to 4 kV and delivers an efficiency coefficient in excess of 4 kV, all of which go to make VS` new LED driver the ideal choice for operating energy-efficient lighting systems.

FiveLED Modules - High Brightness at Compact Size

 The new FiveLED modules from Vossloh-Schwabe are available in a brightness of up to 1.250 lm. FiveLED modules are assembled with five Cree XR-E LEDs. The used printed circuit board has a diameter of only 76 mm. Therefore it is suitable for numerous applications like the integration into luminaires, architectural lighting or for the use as ground luminaires.

Simply Better: High-Power 24 V RGB/CA System

 The new High-Power 24 V RGB/CA system enables modular and highly flexible LED systems. The new system responds to the trend towards market harmonisation and simplification of LED control technology. The modules require a 24 V DC operating voltage. Constant current control is effected via the circuit board and permits currents of up to 500 mA per LED. The modules are connected via an on-board push-in connector with matching connection cables.

 The RGB system is based on the common anode system, which enables mixed operation of high-power RGB modules and low-power modules that are designed according to the common anode principle. The high currents of high-performance LEDs used in the system result in brightness levels of up to 390 lm during RGB operation. DigiLED Push - The compact and easy colour control

 The new DigiLED Push is a cost-effective and easy to use one button colour control module. It is the module of choise for simplified applications.

 DigiLED Push units are used to control pre-programmed colour sequences for the following Vossloh-Schwabe LED modules: LEDLine Flex RGB, EasyLED RGB, LEDLine 300/150 RGB and MarkerLED RGB. An externally connected push-button enables simple manual operation; e.g. start of colour sequences or choose of one colour.

Bright Lights for Display Cases: SpotLight 12V

 The SpotLight 12 V is now available. It is an optimised product for display case lighting and is specifically designed to provide a replacement for low-voltage white halogen luminaires.

 The integrated constant current control enables the operation at 12 V DC or magnetic 12 V AC voltage sources.

 Contacts are effected using two pins designed for use with GX5.3 lampholders. Typical applications include installation in luminaires, furniture lighting as well as shop and display case lighting.

EasyLED modules - Now available as RGB version

 Vossloh-Schwabe`s new EasyLED RGB modules are based upon the proven Chip-On-Board Technology. By positioning the 3 chips very close together under each glob-top achieves excellent colour mixing of the colours red, green and blue. 

 The modules are available in a lengths of 200mm with either 6 or 12 glob-tops. The 12 glob-top version can also be cut in half. Easy installation is facilitated by the new dedicated connection system "EasyConnect RGB".

Life in Full Colour: LEDLine RGB Push

 The LEDLine RGB Push is particularly suitable to be installed into furniture, as it provides simple colour effects. The LEDLine RGB Push module is an RGB module with an integrated on-board colour control unit that removes the need to use an external colour control module. The micro-controller stores a preprogrammed colour sequence.

 By connecting a conventional push-button, the colour sequence can be started and paused and its speed can be adjusted. The master circuit board can be connected to a maximum of two slaves which replicate the master colour sequence.

Four Times Brighter: LEDLine Flex High Brightness

 The product family of the well-known LEDLine Flex SMD modules has now been extended by a High Brightness model.
Equipped with LEDs with a power uptake of 0.5 W, this flexible module is available in white, warm white, red, green and blue. With a lumen output for White of up to 650 lm/m, it is five times as bright as the conventional version.

 With a maximum operating length of 5 m, this module is the longest on the market within its output class. The LEDLine Flex SMD High Brightness module can, for instance, be used for furniture and architectural as well as for entertainment and shop lighting.

VS-P3 – The LED solution for general lighting

 A revolutionary LED-technology for improved light quality with two narrow colour-bins and high colour rendering combined with superior heat dissipation was developed by Panasonic Electric Works Group. This technology is now available in compact VS-P3 modules which are available as Spotlight version with 4 LEDs (47 mm diameter) and Downlight version with 8 LEDs (59 mm diameter).

 Typical applications are general lighting applications like built-in luminaires as reading lights, desk lights and downlights. This series is also suitable in applications were a high colour rendering index is necessary like merchandise illumination, art illumination and colour inspection.

New levels of light with VS LED Lighting Modules

 VS use the latest XR-E LEDs of the American producer Cree Inc. for its LED Lighting Modules. This makes it possible to attain outputs of up to 100 lm at 350 mA per LED.

 In addition, VS offers a narrow brightness and chromaticity location selection both for cool and warm white LED light. By using various drive options with VS constant current sources (350, 500, 700 and 1,050 mA) a huge range of options are now available for LED Lighting applications.
